Join parishioners from the Pastorate of St. Patrick and St. Joan of Arc as we gather on Saturday, November 9th at 11AM as we pray the Rosary for our beloved deceased family members at Mt. Erin Cemetery in Havre de Grace. All are welcome to participate in prayer.
On Monday, November 11th we will have a special mass at 8:30 AM to honor and thank all of our veterans. Active duty and retired military, law enforcement, firefighters and first responders are encouraged to wear their uniforms, while all others are encouraged to wear red, white & blue! Light reception after Mass.
The "Giving Tree" is a beautiful tradition in our parish that enables parishioners to purchase Christmas gifts for children and families in need in our local area. Take a tag, then return gifts (with card attached) by December 15 for distribution. Click here for full details.
Do you like a hearty breakfast? On Sunday December 1st, from 9 AM - 11 AM down in the Parish Hall, the Knights of Columbus will be cooking up our annual Advent Breakfast. The menu will include: Pancakes, Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Sausage, Mixed Fruit, Juice, Coffee and Tea. All welcome. (Click here for prices)
'Family Mass' (formerly known as 'Alive! Mass') happens on the 1st Sunday of every month at 11:15 AM. Come and join us for an uplifting family celebration ... KIDS: Join the choir - practice in the church at 10:30 AM.
The Pastorate of St. Patrick and St. Joan of Arc will walk in the Aberdeen Christmas Parade coming up on Saturday, December 7th. The theme this year is “Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer” so bring your favorite Christmas reindeer costumes, antlers, or other accessories, or just come as you are and represent our Pastorate to the whole community! Gather at 2:30 PM opposite St. Joan of Arc Church on Law St. in Aberdeen.
Because December 8th falls on a Sunday of Advent this year, the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary, a holy day of obligation, has been moved to Monday December 9th. Just like Sunday, Catholics are expected to participate in Mass. Four Mass opportunities available.
Advent is a time of anticipation of the Lord's coming at the end of time and at Christmas! As part of our Advent journey, Confession is a wonderful spiritual practice aiding our interior spiritual preparation. There will be a special opportunity on Wednesday, December 11 to receive the sacrament of reconciliation when a number of priests will be present, beginning at 6:30 PM.
Join fellow members of the Pastorate on Saturday, December 14th at 10 AM in Parish Hall (downstairs in the Church building) for a Continental Breakfast, followed by guided Live Wreath decoration. You will decorate a live Frazier Fir wreath! All decorating materials will be supplied. AND ... you get to keep your wreath for your home decorations at the end of the event! Tickets $40. Join us on Wednesday evening, December 18th at 6:30 PM for our ‘Pastorate Advent Mission’ at St. Patrick Church in Havre de Grace. Prepare your heart for the coming of the Lord with an evening of adoration, reflection and reconciliation.

St. Joan of Arc is blessed with a magnificent digital Church Organ. Beginning Saturday September 7th the church will be filled with the sound of the organ at 5PM Mass, and each week going forward. If you prefer a more traditional style of church music, consider joining us in song every Saturday.
St Joan of Arc has a vibrant adult Bible Study Group, and we invite you to join us! This year we will study Acts of the Apostles, written by St. Luke. We meet on Tuesdays from 10:00 – 11:15am in the Meeting House. Our new study on Acts begins on August 20th, 2024.
On Wednesday, September 11 at 10AM, our St. Joan of Arc School will conduct a 'Freedom Walk' and prayer service at Festival Park in Aberdeen. All are invited join as we remember The Fallen and thank those military, law enforcement, health care, and first responders who serve and protect our Nation and community.
