Join us for a Bible Study in the Catholic tradition at St. Joan of Arc. We meet every Tuesday morning at 10:00 AM (following morning Mass) in the Meeting House. We begin our study of the Bible by learning “big picture” concepts and understanding the Catholic approach to reading, interpreting, and praying with sacred scripture.
This year we are excited to be focusing on the Gospel of John, beginning Tuesday September 5th at 10 AM - please register via the form below.
This is an ongoing program for adults who are beginners and have never attended a Bible study. It is also for those who are already comfortable with the Bible but want to learn more.
We have had an ongoing Bible Study at our parish for the past four years and have focused on the Old Testament (the Hebrew Bible.) This year we chose to concentrate on the Gospel of Luke and Acts of the Apostles. Each week we will also review the Sunday readings, following the Church’s liturgical calendar.
Catholic Bible Study is led by Deacon Ray VanPelt who can provide answers to your questions. Registration is free. To find out the latest information and to register, contact Deacon Ray at 410-272-4535 or complete the form below.
