Our annual Parish Picnic is coming up on September 24th. All are invited to attend this fun and popular parish event! Great food, great friends, a bouncy house and games for the kids, and lots of laughs. Bring a dessert or volunteer to help out!
Mr. Johnpaul Ubah will be ordained a Permanent Deacon by Archbishop Lori at the Cathedral of Mary Our Queen on Saturday September 30th at 10 AM. Join us on October 1st at 11:15 AM as our newly ordained Deacon celebrates his first Mass with Fr, Willie at St. Joan of Arc.
Bring your pets to be blessed at St. Joan Of Arc Catholic Church on the Feast of St. Francis, Wednesday October 4th. The blessing will start at 2:00 PM across the street from the Church. (Pets should be leashed or in containers.)
Come and join in as we kick off a new year of Parish Faith Formation on Sunday October 8th – open to all parishioners of all ages. Join us afterwards for 'Alive' Mass.
Thursday, November 2nd is All Souls Day. We invite all our parishioners to come to a special “Mass of Remembrance” at 7:00 PM, where we will remember all whom we have lost from our parish this past year, and all our friends and relatives who have passed on to life eternal before us.
A FREE flu shot clinic will be held at St. Joan of Arc Parish on Thursday, November 9th from 10 AM to Noon, downstairs from church in the Parish Hall. In addition to the latest influenza vaccine, you can also get your COVID-19 booster shot and pneumonia vaccine. Check here for what you need to bring!
On Friday, November 10th we will have a special mass at 8:30 AM to honor and thank all of our veterans. Active duty and retired military, law enforcement, firefighters and first responders are encouraged to wear their uniforms, while all others are encouraged to wear red, white & blue! Light reception after Mass.
Our next Parish Faith Formation Event will be on Sunday, November 12th when we will look forward to the joyful season of Advent coming up soon! Come for breakfast, learn about the upcoming Advent season, participate in creating a book of Advent reflections for the whole parish, and stay for another exciting 'Alive!' Mass with our 'Open Choir' for kids Grade 3 - Middle School age.
A ‘Holy Hour’ is a time of sacred silence, quiet music, and deep prayer and veneration before the holy presence of the Eucharist, ending with traditional Benediction (blessing) of all gathered with the exposed Host. We invite all parishioners and friends to come and take advantage of this special chance to have quiet time with the Lord. All welcome.
Do you like a hearty breakfast? On Sunday December 3rd, from 9 AM - 11 AM down in the Parish Hall, the Knights of Columbus will be cooking up our annual Advent Breakfast. The menu will include: Pancakes, Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Sausage, Mixed Fruit, Juice, Coffee and Tea. All welcome. (Click here for prices)
'Alive' Mass is our monthly worship event Sundays at 11:15 AM. Come and join us for an uplifting family celebration! Open to all! Be Uplifted, Be ALIVE! (Rehearsal at 10:15 AM for kids who would like to sing!)
Join us on Saturday, December 9th at 10 AM in the Parish Hall (downstairs in the Church building) for a Continental Breakfast, followed by guided Live Wreath decoration. You will decorate a live Frazier Fir wreath! All decorating materials will be supplied. AND ... you get to keep your wreath for your home decorations at the end of the event!
Join us this year at St. Joan of Arc for one of our three Christmas Masses to welcome our Lord Jesus with beautiful music, singing and prayer. Christmas Eve at 4PM & 7PM; Christmas Day at 10AM.
GATHER Vacation Bible Camp takes place at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church from July 23rd to 27th. It begins with an all-family gathering at 9:30 AM on Sunday, and then continues thru Thursday 9AM - Noon.
Come join us on Saturday August 12th after the 5 PM Mass (6 PM) for a delicious Community Barbecue Dinner cooked by the Knights of Columbus. Enjoy Pulled Pork, Sloppy Joe, Barbecued Shrimp, French Fries, Green Beans, drinks and dessert and friends for $14 per person at the door.
